Then What Happens

1. The callback. A builder — not a call center — phones you with questions about size, height, and what's there now, and gives you a ballpark from our published ranges. Repairs can often be rough-priced from a couple of photos texted to the same number.
2. The visit. Free, about half an hour. We measure, check the clay and drainage, look at how the deck meets (or will meet) the house, and talk options at whatever depth you want.
3. The itemized quote. In writing, line by line, valid as quoted. It doesn't change unless the scope does — and you'll never learn about a change order after the fact.
